Wiring in an older city
Wilmington has some of the oldest housing in the region. Homes from earlier eras can have outdated wiring and panels sized for far smaller loads. When we open up one of those homes, rewiring or a panel upgrade is often part of the conversation.
Storms
Wilmington sits close to the coast, and outages come with hurricane season. Generators, surge protection and storm prep are common requests here.
